Job Details:
Undertake a comprehensive review of clients contractual obligation reflected in the key clauses in the Global Wealth Management and Global Investment management space(Global trade assets, intermediaries, US and UK funds, FSGs)
Understand/Analyze the key economic/legal/financial risk provisions in the Asset management domain
Analyst shall have a sound understanding of US and UK funds, Global trade asset groups, intermediaries and agreements classified under Global Wealth Management - alternative agreements, Distribution agreements, Investment management intermediary agreements, fund agreements, Master securities, Distribution agreements, Global custody agreements, IMAs
Analyst will ensure the clauses are interpreted in consonance with the Job Aid, innovation/research/discussion amongst the team members is however needed for performing document/clause review in mitigating risks
The analysts must have good judgmental skills to balance between seeking clarification from the leads and the senior analysts prior to escalation
Skills Required :
1.A Bachelors Degree in Law.
2.Orientation towards law of contracts/finance/accounts.
3.Domain expertise/prior experience in Global wealth management and Global Investment management space (Funds, intermediaries, IMAs, Global trade asset groups..)
